Jan Alan
Eglen, Ph.D., CEO and Chairman of the Board
(Co-Founder) |
Dr. Eglen attended Indiana State University
and graduated with an A.B. degree in Pre-Medicine, M.S. in
Psychology, M.S. in Life Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Counseling
Psychology. He completed an APA Approved Internship at the
Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Danville, Illinois and
is licensed as a Health Service Professional Provider (Psychologist) in Indiana.
Dr. Eglen holds several patents including one on a recreational hovercraft that was the Neiman-Marcus His and Hers Gift of the Year in 1974. He retired as a full time psychologist and President of Associated Psychologists and Counselors, PC in June of 2004, having accumulated nearly 40,000 hours of experience as a therapist. He is a published author and frequent speaker at digital media events. |

Jeremy Eglen, J.D., COO, General Counsel (Co-Founder) |
| Mr. Eglen received his A.B. from Dartmouth
College in Computer Science and J.D. from Marshall Wythe School
of Law, College of William and Mary. The original architect
and developer of the MusicRebellion digital download system
and the Digonex pricing engine platform, he is a patent holder
and responsible for all licensing of corporate technologies
and development of intellectual property for copyrights, trademarks,
patents, and corporate negotiations. Jeremy oversees all daily
operations, technical development, and contract negotiations.
He has overall managerial responsibility for Digonex Technologies,
Inc. with specific emphasis on the Digonex platform and Nabit
technology. |

Michael O'Brian, B.S., CFO |
| Mr. O’Brian earned a BS degree in accounting
from the Indiana University School of Business. He passed the
CPA exam in 1982. He worked over 20 years for Professional
Associates, Inc, a professional medical corporation with 160
employees and offices throughout Indiana. He held positions
as Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.
He was Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Walther Cancer
Foundation for 15 years. Mr. O’Brian is responsible for
financial and accounting operations and human resources. |

Jeffrey L. Eglen, B.S., VP Strategy, Consultant |
| Jeff Eglen is a 1984 graduate of Purdue University
with a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Management.
Jeff joined Digonex as a strategic consultant in December 2004
after working at Accenture for over 20 years. Over that time,
Jeff worked with a number of Fortune 500 clients, governments
and alliance partners such as Microsoft, Avanade, eBay, SAP,
PeopleSoft and Oracle. |

Daniel Rex Fisher IV, B.S., VP Business Development |
| Rex received his B.S. from Purdue University
in Business Management. He previously worked for Sony Disc
Manufacturing in the North American Marketing Division performing
market research, coordinating internal conferences, and developing
promotional events. Rex is responsible for business development,
relationship engagement, and new business initiatives. |

Tobias Switzer, B.S., VP Project Development |
| Tobias received his B.S. from Indiana State University in Art with a Graphic Design emphasis. He is responsible for monitoring, scheduling, and insuring all projects are consistent with corporate business objectives, coordinating resources for specific new business initiatives, and maintaining internal project records in a manner that insures accuracy and provides high visibility within the corporation. His additional responsibilities include providing direction and oversight to the company’s creative and physical security departments. |

Michael Wanchic, B.S., VP Digital Media,
Consultant |
| Michael Wanchic is a 1974 liberal arts graduate
of Depauw University. He is the co-owner of Echo Park Recording
Studio and the leader of the famous John Mellencamp Band. Mike
has played in the band for 26 years. He is well known to artists
as a consummate producer, musician, composer, and an individual
who has an historical perspective on the music industry. Mike
has deep business roots in the entertainment industry and is
able to introduce both MusicRebellion and Digonex products
to potential clients. |
